Refund Policy
Each share shows its own cancellation policy before you pay. The rules below apply unless the share says otherwise.
01If the share doesn't fill
If a share hasn't filled by its closing time, it is cancelled and every participant is refunded in full, including the service fee.
02If you cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before the opening time for a full refund of your share price.
Inside 24 hours, your share is refundable only if another person takes your spot before the opening time.
03If you arrive late
Late arrival may result in loss of access to the share and may not qualify for a refund. The bottle or table is opened once, at the agreed time.
04If the organizer or venue cancels
You are refunded in full, including the service fee.
05How refunds are paid
Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 1–5 working days depending on your bank.
