Coshare is a platform that lets people buy equal shares of an experience — a bottle, a table, a ticketed box or similar — and enjoy it together. Each listing states the total value of the experience and the price of one share.

When you join, you are purchasing a defined share of the listed experience, including the items described under “What's included”. You are not paying an entry fee.

Your booking is confirmed when the share fills. If it does not fill by its closing time, it is cancelled and you are refunded in full.

Organizers must hold, or be able to secure, the reservation or purchase they list. All shares are reviewed before they go live, and Coshare may decline or remove a share at its discretion.

A Coshare service fee is added to each share at checkout and is always shown before you pay. There are no other charges from Coshare.

Be respectful to your group, the organizer and venue staff. Venues may refuse entry under their own policies. Accounts that repeatedly break the Share Rules may be suspended.
